I was thinking since Naruto has a bunch of chakra ans shadow clones isn't it about time he learns his second nature transformation? Also, if he does what do you think it will be(fire,water,earth etc.).

they're never going to make an element-user out of naruto imo. He's just going to continue with his various rasengans and TBB and chakra mode and all that. Its true naruto needs to get much stronger for his current challenge, but that strength will likely come from the kyuubi and not some new nature type

he already kinda knows water, just look at that jutsu he did with that frog when he cut that diamond with piercing water, he is like j man in a way, because j man shoots fire with his frog, and naruto shoots water with his frog
