I am not a sasuke fan but that is just false information.
As you can see everyone fused their chakra to create ONE CLOAK. They were distributing all that power all over which is why TOGETHER they broke the tails.
Don't say it was Naruto alone as you can see one of the wings of the bird cloak where Naruto is also cut through a tail showing that the power was evenly spread out.

2. By you saying the alliance fused their cloak together, you are implying that everyone in the alliance can perfectly control their chakra and knows how to distribute it. That is a COMPLETE FALSE statement.
3. The chakra itself belong to naruto, so either way naruto was responsible for cutting the juubi's tails. So even if rasenshurken didnt cut the tail, the kyuubi's chakra was able to cut the Juubi's tail."
The answers
1.The rasenshuriken being gone just shows that the army was obviously losing momentum/power after he first strike like most attacks would so they did not have the same things going in to the battle.
2. By standing together their cloaks had melted together. I am not implying anything it is perfectly shown in them creating a fully formed bird cloak.
3. The shinobi had their own chakra to add as well as their capabilities. the reason naruto lost the first time was to show he can't do it without the army.
