according to story Madara told, literally everybody who uses chakra is using power that wasn't theirs. As far as the Toad SM goes, Naruto learned and mastered it. Call me crazy, but Sasuke got his MS by basically being poked on his forehead. It was hardly due to his genius and power, especially considering OP casually forgot the part where Sasuke was using powers he stole from Orochimaru; something which got him through 2 fights he could've very well have ended up dead in if he didn't have them.

Yea it never would have happened because they wouldn't have the chakra required to use the techniques. Kaguya and Hagoromo didn't create Rasengan, Chidori, Sexy Jutsu, Rasenshiruken... the list goes on and that's the point. But you saying everyone's power and techniques is borrowed/gained because Kaguya is the source of the chakra is false and doesn't even makes sense.
