They are all borrowed, including sage mode. The only reason naruto even stood a chance against sasuke before was the kyubbi, and still was no match for sasuke's genius and power. now all naruto uses is the power of the sage of the six paths and the tailed beast. The only thing naruto worked hard for was the rasengan, not including variants since he used the kyubi's power to master those. He also needed the kyubbi's nearly infinite chakra pool to be able to handle taking in natural energy, this was said by the toad sage. Sasuke has borrowed powers too but way less than naruto. sharingan is not borrowed since he was born with it. these are mangafax that cannot be disputed.

And your point is?obviously from the beginning of the manga we all know naruto's power revolve around the kyuubi inside of him. what the use of being a tailed beast host if you cant utilize your tailed beast. rasengan as we all know was created but never perfected. so naruto perfected in a way that he can incorporate his wind element end the tailed beast chakra at his disposal. like you said, sasuke is a genius of his time. so basically he understands and matures faster than the others in his generation. and being born with sharingan makes him a total package. so the argument would be, how many times would you like to degrade the powers of naruto and compare it to sasuke. they are different in every way sir but they co-exist with each other.

What do you mean his Sage Mode powers are borrowed? His Toad Sage Mode Powers were hindered by the kyubbi before the Bijuu Sage Mode came into existence and without it , he could be spamming Rasen Shurikens left and right before then as he could fuse with Shima and Fukatsu.

Tobi and Zetsu acknoledged that he was stronger than Sasuke at the moment he defeated pain too. Imagine how much stronger he would be if he did not have the kyubbi then?

At that period of time , Sasuke had only the Mangyekyo Sharingan and at that point , Black Zetsu stated that he was stronger than Sasuke.

Only after that point , where their powers "borrowed"

Sasuke took Itachi's eyes , everything after that and all of his powerups and skills are based on Itachi's eyes and even the Sage's power only "added on" to Itachi's eye power

Naruto took the Kyubbi's power and got Kyubbi mode , then Bijuu Mode followed by Bijuu Sage Mode and then Sage's power

If you were to strip off their borrowed powers, Naruto beats Sasuke

If anything Naruto paid for the powers he gained from the Kyuubi's presence by being ostracized by his own village for most of his life. So no, its not "gifted" or "borrowed" its bought and paid for.

Sasuke on the other hand has been gifted. He possess his sharingan by proxy of blood. However, his powers with lightning manipulation were worked for, true Orochimaru helped him, doesn't take away from the fact that Sasuke is a prodigy. Its not his fault things come easily to him so we can't take that away from him.

That doesn't mean she created every single jutsu known by herself, she is just the source of the chakra that is required for it. People are still born with their abilities, while acquiring it afterwards.

But it would never had happen sines the chakra started as an outside source, just like Kurama,Just like Sage Mode and you can't denny that plus Kaguya has ben showing off jutsus like the bone tech and Hagoromo was the teacher to His sons and followers that became the different clans.
