In ninja world, chakra is almost everything, when u are lack of chakra u can not spam, because once it's gone u are dead.
There are ninja like sakura who can uses less chakra than other to perform same jutsu. So that mean if you have 100 chakra and every jutsu u just need 5 chakra to perform u can spam like 20 times.
Back to the topic sasuke has upper hand in using chakra over naruto. You can do the math by your self to see if naruto was being nerfed or not.
May be i can do it for you :
Before the fight, naruto used almost everything he got to kill Kaguya, he even spam 9 biju rasengan which consumed alot of chakra. So that mean when the fight started, he doesnt has much of chakra left because he didnt expect sasuke to turn out like this.
You can clearly see that kakashi even used more chakra than sasuke in the fight. And sasuke who from the very begining has planned for this fight, ofc he was well prepared.
So that mean sasuke who is more pro in using chakra than naruto and has more chakra than naruto, ofc he was better in shape.

You still deny that fact that naruto was holding back ?

OP, you are wrong. When Naruto was using the 9 tails chakra during the beginning of the war him and the 9 tails were on bad terms and not communicating.

Sage stated all the tail beast chakra and the rinnegan was needed to cancel IT. When Naruto used all the tails beast chakra to help cancel IT he never communicated with the tails beast.

The reason Kishi showed Naruto communicating with the tails beast when he used their chakra during his battle against Madara and Kaguya was to show us that Naruto is capable of cooperating with all tails beast.

The tails beast he was communicating with during his battle against Madara and Kaguya was the tails beast that formed from their chakra Naruto possessed inside his body. He was not communicating with the tails beast that were sealed inside Madara. It's similar to how he was able to communicate with his father and mother through their chakra he possessed even though they were both dead.



That's still a 1 vs 1 battle and that's manga fact. The tails beast power counts as Naruto's power. It's no different than using summonings during battle.

Naruto held back more than Sasuke. Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto, but Naruto just wanted to knock some scene into Sasuke.

Though before, the Biju were noted to be responding to Naruto while they were sealed inside of Obito. Do not forget that important factor.

If that was the only reason he showed the biju cooperating with Naruto, why show them it again for the 9BRS barrage? It was already blatantly obvious that he could cooperate with them prior to that. If anything, he did all of that to rub it in that he asks them first, THEN uses their chakra, in order to explain ALL the significances of Sasuke sealing the biju in CTs.
