the ftg tec to my understanding is when you hit alot of dif targets really fast using the teleport tec so they are two dif tecs. bees words were "a teleport tec with a right hand smash, but i only saw a yellow flash". this says that naruto can use the teleport tec but cant control it very well. yamato said "he's not at the 4th's level yet" this also says that they were using the same tec just at dif levels.

fourth hokage technique is teleportation, look at the time when kakashi was a child....how could the fourth move fast to defend kakashi when he was way to far from him

also he used the ssame technique to teleport the fox with him
