In what way? Naruto hasn't shown any of his abilities since the beginning of the Gaiden series. He's been fighting in base against Shin all through except the moment he went BSM to save Salada and ChouChou. Whereas Sasuke has shown all his abilities including Amaterasu.

Sasuke already has so much prestige to enjoy, it's only fair for Naruto to get some distinction through these titles.

Also, Lord Sasuke was created for the manga to get readers and make money because nobody would be interested in this manga for Naruto and his fodder crew. Kishi knew that without Sasuke and the Uchihas, the manga would be lame AF and wouldn't earn half as much as it did now. That's why Lord Sasuke was created. You can also thank Sasuke for the existence of Itachi, Shisui, Obito, Madara and all the Uchihas for their badass characters and all the cool and awesome jutsus they possess, who thankfully gave Naruto some relevance.
