At the time, only a few even knew his real name... I'm talking about when EVERYONE know who he is... what will they see him as... Everyone referred to him as the 9-Tails when he was young... only a few knew him as the gutsy ninja... I'm talking about a serious nickname...
Jiraiya is called the Pervy Sage by Naruto and a couple others... but is known to everyone as the Sannin... thats what I am getting at... What will EVERYONE know him as...

well he IS hyper active, which would describe his super high chakra, and he IS unpredictable so it is impossible to know what he is about to do mid-battle, so he can like trick you, suprise you, and so on. So both of those would be awesome skill sets sort of.
