No its just a power left from the rikudou sennin like the Senju's physical powers. Uzumaki's could probably use their chakras as a weapon like Kushina.

Naruto having a kekei genkai is rediculous. Neither Kushina nor Minato had kekei genkai so where is Naruto going to find the kekei genkai. In his a*s maybe...?
