naruto's house

Naruto is living in a very small dusty appartment but i just came to my attention that minato and kashina had a pretty large house from what i remember when we seen minato and jaraya name naruto and then when minato was saving baby naruto he teliported into narutos room. So now that naruto knows about being the 4ths son i dont think anyone would be aloud to move into it coz its one of the hokages houses so shouldnt naruto be giving it or something !!!
