why isn't it possible? is the 1st hokage really the only one capable? if so why is that?
well one relation is in you're profile picture (Tsunade's grandfather was the first hokage and her grandmother was the first host of the kyubii) but theres not much on anything about Naruto being part Senju. I don't think Naruto will have Mokuton but it's possible

Mokuton is a combination of water and earth neither of which naruto manipulates... do you really think he will obtain that much skill with secondary and tertiary element manipulation if his only success in primary manipulation is infusing his trademark attack with wind chakra without blowing it up?
Sorry but Naruto is neither getting a sharingan nor a rinnegan nor wood release nor is he part senju.

Naruto has no wood jutsu and Naruto is a Uzumaki a distant relative of both Senju and Uchiha key word being distant.

maby,,,,,,notice when hes in chakra mode it responds to mokuton,,,,,,when he attacks zetsu they turn in to trees and yamoto jutsu reacts to narutos chakra,,,,naruto has life force chakra just like his mother,,,,,so if you got life force chakra ,,,and if naruto can master water element itz possible he can perform mokuton. in order for life to exist on earth ,,u need water, and trees need water to grow,,possible,,xd

He'll need to learn to use earth and water nature manipulations first. Then he'll need shape manipulation of the combined elements. Naruto has tended avoid techniques that involve hand seals.
