Now, why are you comparing Sasuke's Sharingan to KCM, I was talking about Sage Mode. In any case even KCM Naruto is still faster than Sasuke. Sasuke's sharingan is fast at reading attacks and figuring out a ways to dodge them, however Sasuke still has speed limit on his body, so do you believe that Sasuke would be able to get past Ay, no way it would ever happen. Naruto's KCM mode speed is highly enhanced by Kurama chakra, while Sasuke has nothing like that.
And finally this statement that makes my head explode:

Who told you that Sasuke is faster than Minato, where did you read that? Any manga facts? It is just you biased, Naruto hater statement, upon which you try to build your argument. Minato is faster than Naruto (KCM, SM), it is true, then you say Sasuke (Hebi, EMS) is faster than Minato, which is total bullshit. Then there is this bogus statement, Sasuke speed>Minato>Naruto, you should consider thinking before writing, less hate more actual facts.
Don't skip pages conveniently. Go two pages back and look at what happened. Bee used Raiton sword to deflect Sasuke's sword upwards, creating an opening to stab him. Even in that really really small interval, Sasuke was still able to use Chidori on himself. Yeah, he didn't keep up at all.
No he isn't. The feats prove so. If several scans don't do it for you, then you can always keep believing in your version of the manga.
