Chapter 13: Sasuke's Ultimatum
(note this chapter will be from the perspective of Sasuke)
"Sasuke, the chakra I sense comming from the middle one is incredible. Your best choice is to take out the strong one and the absorbing one first," Karin said as she let me bite her arm to refuel my chakra. "They can all create those black rods that can pierce chakra too so keep your guard up!"
"Don't tell me what to do Karin. I know what I am doing," I said as I made several handsigns. "Katon: Pheonix flower jutsu," I said as I sent out multiple kunai wrapped in fire. They flew towards the fat man. He held up his hands and the fire was reduced to nothing. The kunai continued to fly and stabbed the man all over his body. One in his heart and one in each eye, blinding him. He continued to stand, unflinching, even though the blow would easily cause another shinobi to struggle from pain. Once again I picked up my sword and ran at the blinded man. I swung my sword, but the blind man created one of those black rods and blocked my attack.
I jumped back. I noticed that the fat man was not only blind but facing away from the others while they kept their eyes on him.
"I think I finally get it. Those eyes of yours, they give you shared vision. They allow you to see what the others see. But how?" I asked.
"The likes of you would never understand the power of a god!" the leader said. Quickly I clapped my hands together and the paper bomb I planted on the fat man detonated, ripping his body to shreds. "You left a trap on Preta, and I didn't even see it. This is getting dangerous. Asura!" The leader said as the bald man threw off his cloak. I could see his body was covered in large muscles and mechanicle joints. A serated metal tail unwrapped from his body and revealed four additional arms as two additional faces appeared on the head.
"What are you?" I asked as I suddenly felt a strong force pulling on me.
"Bansho Tennin!" The leader said as he held out his hand and the monstrous man stood in front of him, pointing his tail at me. I struggled to hold myself down, but my body flew in the air and speeded toward the bladed tail.
"Susanoo!" I declared as the chakra locked me to the ground a final susanoo formed around me. I pointed the amaterasu arrow at the mechanicle man. I let the arrow fly but before it reached it's target, it simply bounced off and shattered. The mechanicle man opened up his arms and a flurry of missiles flew and detonated against my susanoo, nearly pushing me back. When the smoke cleared, the mechanicle man puched the outer layer of susanno with incredible force, breaking his way through.
"Amaterasu!" I declared, setting the machine ablaze. He stepped back, but then continued his assult on my susanoo, acting as though he could not even feel the pain. His body slowly burned as the wound in my susanoo continued to grow. Finally, I struck him with the powerful arms of my susanoo, sending him flying into the wall and shattering his body into gears and springs, continueing to burn.
I looked upon the final man. He stood confidently. His expression had not changed.
"Shinra Tensei," he declared as a massive force struck the wound in my susanoo. The chakra titan shattered around me, leaving me exposed. He walked towards me slowly while forming a black rod in one of his hands. "How long do you intend to appose god with such false idols as Susanoo? You shall know pain. From pain you shall mature and cease your foolishness," the man said as he approached.
I picked up my sword and charged it with lightning. I rushed the man, only to find my body hitting a massive force and being sent sprawling backwards. I caught my balance, only to be forced to evade as the man flew above me and came down with a massive kick that formed a crater where I once stood.
"Even compared to the others, you are on an entirely different level. Karin! Do what you can for Jugo and Suigetsu. I'm taking this fight outside," I said as I ran out the door. The man followed me outside. I turned around to face him. He continued to run at me with blade in hand. "Amaterasu!" I declared as the man was set ablaze.
Without even flinching, the flames jumped off his body and dissipated as he declared, "Shinra Tensei." He attacked with the black rod and sliced my shoulder. He continued by pushing me hard in the chest, knocking me off balance as he punched with incredible force, sending me flying.
"I'm going to have to step this up a notch. Here is a technique I got from Madara. Perfect Susanoo...Stabalize!" I screamed as the massive structure of chakra formed around me, taking the form of a samurai warrior with a bow and quiver on it's back and a short sword on it's side. I stood within it's head.
The man simply looked at me from below. Taking a shallow stance. I grabbed the handle of the short sword, drawing it and slashing at the man below. I felt the blade unexpectingly stop. I looked down to see the man with his hand out. His hand holding the blade. Though the blade was easily the size of a large building, this man could hold the blade with little effort. He took the blade from Susanoo's hands and with his strange power, launched the blade back at me, piercing Susanoo's chest. I along with Susanoo fell to the ground with a massive impact, leveling the forest. I struggled to hold the susanoo together. I watched as the man flew in the air and landed on Susanoo's faceplate. He knelt down and looked at me.
"Are you prepared to give up this futile effort yet?" the man asked as he opened up his cloak, revealing six seals on his chest and stomach, "Because I am just getting started."
