I agree with you about naruto toadie but the best excample of hard work is ROCK LEE.he become a great shinobi only using tai jutsu! he was like a normal human like us and achieved so much. I really admire him

isnt there an old episode where rock lee gets inspired by naruto and his life... you know beening an outkast and still finding the strength to fight even if that means giving his life.. thats his way....lol

but i really do enjoy rock lee especially when he first found out he might die from his training and still trains... i just hate his bushy eyebrows... haha

i just thought about it ... when they frist met tobi... yamato said that naruto had made some sort of giant leap or some sort of progress to where he became a new naruto... but i wonder what it is... then he goes straight to training with granpa fox.... but like most of you said i think thats also way they are underestermating him.. we just not have seen it yet...while sasuke been fighting mutliple people... konoha has been sheltering naruto and protecting now its time for him to start kicking some ass...

also i dont remember who said it but ... immunity to genjutsu would be a a giant step for naruto especailly since he lacks any kind of capcity for the subject.. and makes sense that itachi would give it too him... he is the one person who can save and protect sasuke.. it would make perfect sense that itachi would do this for him and more importantly his brother

Naruto has the determination, and the will to keep improving. He'll probably be hokage for 40 yrs, and even then keep improving.

i can't wait until people read the manga for what it is, In the beginning naruto acted like he was serious about being a ninja, but he did not train like that, he was to busy trying to get people to acknowledge him.

The reason that naruto look stupid is because in order to be good at strategy you have to battle or train.

YES HE HAS DRIVE AND NEVER GIVES UP, but IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FUNDAMENTALS DOWN THE ADVANCED STUFF WILL NEVER WORK RIGHT. which happened to naruto.

Ever ninja in this serious that people go crazy about had someone train them early in life to give them a head start before the academy. (THINK PEOPLE)

Neji- his dad
Sakura- her family
Sasuke- brother and father
Choji- his father
Shikamaru- father
Orochimaru- father before he died

PLEASE GIVE ME SOMEONE THAT NATURALLY WAS A BAD ASS, AND DID NOT GET A HEAD START

The influence of fathers and family in training in naruto is great, and everyone had a head start on naruto, he is raising himself

People with a head-start do better in the beginning, but once the learning curve is closed the loser, stupid person, or weak one out performs the others.

that's why everyone is shocked at naruto
