Naruto's clones are overrated.

I don't see how you think that without Gaara or Rubber Dude that Naruto is completely useless, yea Gaara gave him a footing with the sand...WOW that is sooooo much help. How do you know he wouldv'e fell if not for that? He could have stretched out a kyuubi chakra hand to the ground and pushed him self up more, but he had Gaara do it since it seems easier that way doesn't it?
And the Raikage took out everyone, no one in that platoon could beat him, and Naruto comes in and basically rapes him with a rasenshuriken, which you seem to forget that he did ALL BY HIMSELF. Yeah sure he wasn't able to be sealed with just that, but don't you think that that is because of the Edo Tensei? Do you really think that a real Raikage would have survived that attack? It looked like he was pretty beat up after the rasen, if not for the edo he wouldve won there. And yes Rubber Dude helped him escape, but you don't know if he NEEDED dodai to help him, dodai just did. And yes he asked hachibi what happened, BIG DEAL. You do realize Naruto was in Sage Mode when he went against him the second time? And yet he was still able to dodge the raikage's speed and hit him? The raikage, who is known as being the fastest ninjas?
As for the tobi fight, I don't see how Bee catching him when he is falling back means anything. That means he's weak? I'm sure Naruto would have been perfectly fine if Bee didn't use his tentacle to catch him, he was in KM remember? He doesn't get hurt as easily in KM. Plus that was the real Naruto, don't know what it has to do with clones.
Also you seem to be forgetting something, he doesn't just use normal clones. It is a kage bunshin, a high level tech? It splits his chakra into a clone? A clone is basically him himself? It's basically a split of himself, with all his thoughts and actions and moves and chakra and everything. It would be like fighting Naruto himself. Yeah the clones usually suck when he makes a lot and just disappear, but I'm pretty sure that's because he is just using them as a diversionary tactic, and not really trying to go all out with a clone. Yes he splits his chakra evenely between each clone, but HE HAS AN IMMENSE amount of chakra, one clone of his probably has more chakra than most other people since his chakra is so immense.

^This plus what I said before:
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, is a high level jutsu. Thus is the reason why its also forbidden. Only a Kage with such high chakra can use it.
Plus think about it for a second. Naruto made what...I think one THOUSAND clones when he was training with Kakashi for rasenshuriken? And Kakashi can make, one? So basically he has about 1000x the chakra capacity of Kakashi, and that is WITHOUT using the kyuubi chakra. That is an immense amount of chakra.

no they are not over-rated but then again who said his clones are kage level ....?... nowhere in the manga it said that. and yes his clones are brolic as hell, his clone went in, sage mode kyubbi mode, don't hate man appreciate lmao, j/k

Obviously you got Naruto jealousy on your mind and the only cure for it is to stop Reading Manga or with every new chapter coming out and Naruto powering up to become the ultimate warrior, you will lose your mind. Naruto is the Hero in this story and the changer of His world. This you can't change, so for your own sanity stop reading manga, because you can't change it.

According to that logic, none of the current Kage are at kage level either. They all aided each other in their fights. None of them soloed their opponents.

I agree that Naruto's clones that were out on the battlefield are more suitable to be classified as pseudo kage level. But there are a lot of variants to take into account here.
Under which circumstances are we to judge the clones?
Will they use strategies while they fight?
Do they care if they are popped or not, are they the last hope on the battlefield?
A 1/3 clone and a 1/1000 clone will definitely have different limits.
How much chakra will they each have?
There are too many variables that are capable of changing everything. Naruto's clones' strenght, aim, strategy and goal vary in each battlefield.
Hence, trying to classify the strenght of them in general is moot.
But I'll go ahead and say that if Naruto wanted to created a kage level KM clone, all he would have to do would be increase the chakra percentage it has.
So, yes.

Yay someone agrees! Naruto has unbelievable amount of chakra. If he puts a ton of chakra into one clone, that clone would have more chakra than most of the other shinobi in narutoverse. And add in that that clone would be able to use KM, makes him pretty damn strong.
