His chakra control sucked pre-Jiraiya mainly because of Kurama and I think it was around Kiba's level (if not worse XD).

Base chakra is twice kakashis level according to kakashi. The 4ths seal allows kuramas chakra to flow and add to his raising his chakra over time. By this and his 12 years age limit meeting kakashi who judged it I conclude without kurama he would have had averagechakra at most.
As for chakra control he can perform rasengan advanced chakra control technique its an A rank technique so around jonin level. It would be high jonin but he used to use shadow clones and using the above analogy i came to him having average chakra conclusion, so it would be extremely difficult to rate him at elite jonin level or above.
Hed between top 50-70 without kurama if jiraiya taught him rasengan etc.
Pre jiraya without kurama from konoha rankings hed be 2nd worst in his group id still put him above kiba. Yed have sexy jutsu giving him an edge over eelder shinobi.

Maybe you should read the manga. It was already shown that Kurama's chakra kept flowing without Naruto's knowledge which is why he couldn't make clones. He fought all those days being healed by Kurama continuously. Stop trying to twist the manga.

Naruto became a jinchuuriki of half of Kurama after mere hours of his birth. He's certainly not "average". There are alot of other feats that show he has an extraordary amount of chakra without Kurama. Though, it's obvious from your username and posts that you're pretty biased so this a waste of time.

Whenever Naruto uses a significant portion of Kurama's chakra,his features begin to change i.e red eyes etc. The fact that that's not always happening means the chakra that's leaking into Naruto is not enough to make any difference to his chakra levels. That chakra probably doesnt cover the chakra Naruto spends into maintaining the seal and preventing Kurama from escaping.

You do not understand what I am saying the seal was made in a way to leak chakra into Naruto over time adding to his reserves without him drawing on it so his reserves would increase over time. It is one of the main reasons he sucked at ninjutsu and flopped in the academy I dont see why he wouldnt have been able to control what is his own all other shinobi could. This excludes naruto drawing on kuramas chakra that is totally different. His normal chakra if kurama wasnt sealed and adding to his reserves over time would be average.
This is not bias towards him this is the rational conclusion dex. As for uchiha I think theyre powers are are overhyped and dont follow specific pattern as a clan i only like sharingan ability to copy and absorb knowledge. Read over my previous comments carefully using kuramas chakra is different to increasing reserves. Reserves rise because of leaking into or addition. Nowhere has it been stated it costs naruto chakra to maintain the seal to prevent kuramas escape.

No Yamato openly told Naruto that his own chakra had to be used in order to contain the 9 tails.

OT: Like others said Naruto's chakra reserves where four times greater then Kakashi's at the age of 12 without the 9 tails help. Naruto has one of the largest chakra reserves in the series.

Why did they bring Kushina from Uzushiogakure? Why did the third Kazekage not seal Shukaku in his oldest son? Why was Kushina's seal weak when she was giving birth to Naruto?

Also, Kakashi specifically said that Naruto had 4 times the chakra he has and if the seal was released, Naruto would have over 100 times what Kakashi has.

Do you know what Orochimaru did in the forest of death? He messed with the seal and prevented anything from flowing from Kurama and messed with his chakra control (Water walking) yet Naruto was able to make many clones and transform them when he was fighting the mist ninja and fought Kiba that same day.

The simple fact that he mastered Sage mode should make this obvious to you.
