edit: Yes the bolded is a correct interpretation of the scale. We may need to put that in the main description. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

You're welcome. This indicates that I will have to change my method of voting now; that '1' I gave C should have been more like a four, if that's the case.
I appreciate having acquired clarification on the matter.

No problem, that's what the main thread is for! :)

I thought the thread was clear enough, we are talking about 'popularity polls' so...

But I will edit it in the OP! :)

*Patiently waiting for characters I actually like* xD

I know some characters are up now that are not that popular, but they deserve a poll too! ;) That is why this is so nice, we can see which characters are liked and not. You should vote on them too. :)

Btw, look when the letter H starts... From that day on, o my God...

It might not be as bad as you envision... although, I usually try to see the best in people, which isn't always realistic. Nevertheless, I certainly hope the discussions remain civilized.

4/10 He did some really horrible things to my boy Gaara!

Decent dad at the end but his character design and moveset is boring.

Sir Cosman, I'm quite intrigued by this esoteric term "moveset" that you tend to utilize in the character polls so frequently. I've searched for its meaning, yet no formal definition for it can be located throughout the majority of the internet or my Webster's New World Dictionary. Apparently, the term "moveset" is most commonly associated with Pokemon... which I find hardly befitting for Naruto discussion. I didn't search for the definition for much more than about ten minutes, but any more than that would be considered to be a grievous waste of my time, so I thought I'd just ask you instead. Below is my educated guess on the matter.

All that can be determined about the term based on context clues and the roots of the word is as follows:

-- 'Move-set' appears to be a compound word based on the two roots, (Motion and Array). Most compound words originate from a combination of two or more nouns, whereas others (like this one) originate from a combination of one or more nouns and one or more verbs.

-- The manner in which you've exhibited the usage of the term "moveset" indicates that while it is composed of both a verb and a noun, its overall lexical status is that of a noun. As stated before, this observation is based solely on context.

-- Since the overall lexical status is a noun, then it is safe to assume that the motion root of the word, which is designated with verb lexical status, is the secondary contributor to the term's denotative nature and the array root, which is designated with noun lexical status, is the primary contributor.

-- Hence, I've surmised that the overarching definition is something like the following:

Moveset
Part of Speech: Noun
Definition: The systematic and tabulated assembly of traits pertaining to (but not limited to) one's displacement through space over time.

That was the most intellectually stimulating post I have ever read here. :what:

Moveset is an old term used for mmorpg games and one I used to play "runescape". It's oldschool lingo that I've used on Naruto message boards before. The term is quite often the synonym for "skill set" however in my many experiences over the internet it was used to describe someone's combat prowess and abilities.

And yes, the term is quite pokémon. I am merely using the term utilized in media outlets such as video games in my critique of the various characters in Naruto (as I grew accustomed to doing over the years). Consider it a "Cosman" quirk if you will.

But yes, I am referring to ones range of abilities when I use that term in the popularity polls. It's a rather silly habit I picked up over the years that I'm comfortable with using. I hope this clears up the confusion.

But I think a new term is necessary. Nardoset. The new term I shall be using.

I think the amount of voters should be added into the last two decimals of the average score... Being that this is a popularity contenst and the more people vote Is in correlation with the more popular the character.

For example -
Bakis overall score should be
4.56 - 4,15/10 - (41 voters [Insert thread here])
