Since when was EMS + Rinnegan base? Also their physical isn't equal, similar to how pain was matching SM Naruto and six tails. Itachi also held his own in cqc vs KCM Naruto.

Since when did EMS+Rinnegan enhance physical parameters like strength and speed?

And their physical in on par (not equal) as shown in the movie. They were both going all out, whatever Naruto and Sasuke showed was their max. And they showcased pretty much equal physical capability.

2. Chakra has nothing to do with taijutsu which Naruto used against Momoshiki. His stamina was almost full, so he's set there.
3. Naruto's 5% power remaining is fanfic, and absolutely false. And it is also irrelevant.
4. Naruto was moving pretty fine.
