Firstly. Itachi knows more about the Sharingan than you seem to possess. Of course Itachi knew the first tomoe would activate, I mean it is a rare feature, but he had believed Sasuke to be special. All he had to do was test the waters.
Sigh. For someone who talks about Uchiha's you know nothing about the Sharingan, do you? Sasuke wanted to protect Naruto (and his comrades) so the strong emotion and will activated the second tomoe.
Sasuke could not read through Lee's movements because the second tomoe cannot read bodily muscles to predict the final outcome. The only reason Sasuke could keep up with Haku was because he was using CHAKRA (Ice mirrors).
And there is your last failure sir. You don't seem to read behind the contexts of words and you take things for how they are, instead of looking deeper into the meaning. I'm a true Sasuke fan because I don't have to spout Sasuke-fapping 24/7 in my posts because I am confident in my knowledge and have no use to rebuttal against the lesser man.
