Sasuke awakened each Sharingan Tomoe in battle,and mastered the Sharingan by 16,Fire style at 7/8,Lightning Style by 16,which he created his own technique with - Kirin - which is the most powerful lightning technique which literally uses lightning.Instead of being chakra transformed into lightning,it is lightning itself.
He also mastered CM by 16 which no one else had done despite having it for much longer than him,The CM negatively effected him alot until he mastered it.he also had two different summoning,snakes,and hawks.Sasuke thinks on his own,makes his own strategies and has multiple battles which he fights alone.While Naruto has the Kyuubi helping him in most of his battles.Yes Sasuke has help,but he deosn't have a living entity inside him helping him all the time like Naruto.Shall i elaborate further?

Killerbee was obvious. Itachi helped him acheive that MS aswell, Itachi had all of this planned imo.
The only fight Sasuke proved to be a true Uchiha in was the Deidara one (and part one Naruto v. Sasuke). Sadly at the end of the Deidara fight that was an complete asspull lol
You exagerate,Sasuke had time to quickly summom Manda and put him under his control with Genjutsu.If anything,Masashi made it seem like he didn't have much time cause he rushed the explosion just to end the chapter with it in the last page.
