Naruto has a new jutsu that he hasnt shown right??

I remember something before taking in the nine tails chakra the frogs were telling him about, if he was able to control the nine tails he can complete a certain jutsu. Juriya (cant spell) said the Fourth left him that jutsu.

So the Fourth developed a jutsu only a succesor can complete.

So this is true right??

Your guess is as good as mine. >.> But right now the only jutsu we have that we have not seen him use in action and work is the TBR.
