1-Whether Narudo has Kyuubi chakra or not, kyuubi presence will always be with it. Bijuu are made from chakra.

2-Your top 10 is wrong. KSCM Naruto wont be stronger than Nagato, DSM Kabuto, Killer Bee etc.

Just because he has KCM and combines it with SM doesn't mean he is auatamitcally top 10. Going by feats, he still loses to a lot of people.

So no.:)
