This is speculation without kuramas chakra increasing naruto reserves over time due to 4th hokages seal he would have Iruka level. His rasengan would be weaker because beast chakra is stronger than Han chakra he would only be able to make a few shadow clones. Summoning buna would be too much for him and lastly sage mode with iruka level chakra would be out of the question.

Sasuke has the Sharingan in his DNA, it's his own weapon. Naruto on the other hand has a chakra slave, who helps him in every fight by molding chakra and giving him tips on what to do.

I don't even know why I start this discussion again with a second knobhead who can't deal with that fact.

You talk like Naruto had a say in the matter. Kurama was forced upon him, that's a fact. Naruto earned the power by training to control it. Even if he didn't have Kurama, he would still be above Sasuke.

Well would Naruto have his parents then? I mean you're taking away what he lost his parents for. Either way Naruto would have good chakra levels (believe kurama chakra mixed with naruto at haku battle or Oro battle in forest (Oro notes this mixing then), so he probably could get SM. If he had his parents, he could get FTG, and uzumaki sealing jutsu. Also parents would probably help his academics.
