iUnderstand what you're getting at but iWouldn't say he's smarter then tsunade or asuma. He's gotten better intellect wise but he's not yet on their level. Now Sakura maybe.

minato sasuke shikamaru kakashi sakura shikas dad(cant remember name) jiraiya tsunade asuma itachi and at 11 maybe naruto...oh wait kabuto has alot of brain as well

i was exagerating quite a bit by saying he is the worst but with how stupid he is many people could out smart him and get him angry enough to lose it and make a fatal mistake

he out smarted Kakazu a shinobi with over a hundred years of exp....he figured out the weakness in the 3rds steel body he's coming into his own....
