No... i dont think its a fact. However, if Nagato really is an Uzimakian, its a possibility that Naruto could also achieve it. We'll need more info on Nagato. But we need to keep in mind that Naruto is part Uzumaki and part (Minato's clan). But it would be great if he develops it.

dude its a FACT that fake madara gave the rinnegan to nagato yeh he unlocked it when he needed to but he did NOT originally have the ability to unlock it naturally. It was obviously implanted by the fake madara which was explained in my previous comment n yes i meant hashirama = senju, i only said hashirama coz its the name thats been most passed around in the manga lately. n the name dosnt mean a thing + naruto isnt purely from the uzumaki clan, minato isnt an uzumaki only kushina is. we dont know which family naruto gets the most traits from.
Also to back up my previous argument, THE UCHIHA ARE THE ONLY CLAN ABLE TO UNLOCK THE RINNEGAN SINCE NO OTHER CLAN CAN READ THE UCHIHA'S STONE TABLET, AND THEREFORE NO ONE COULD KNOW THAT THE SHARINGAN BECOMES A RINNEGAN, THIS HAS BEEN SAID BY THE ONLY KNOWN CHARACTER TO AQUIRE IT NATURALLY IN THE LAST FEW CHAPTERS!! seriously u people are retards u cant even read properly :H
