Naruto WILL get the Rinnegan!

Okay, so a lot of threads have been posted about this idea but I don't think any of them have their facts straight.

First of all, you do NOT have to have Senju OR Uchiha to achieve the Rinnegan.

And no, I'm not getting at the idea that anyone can implant one (like Kakashi's sharingan) - although that could happen.

Rather - anyone who unlocks the WILL of the SO6P and has the determination to follow through on his legacy can attain it!

Well the Byakugen is unlocked only in ninjas who tatoo the foreheads of family members they don't like.

However, with enough determination and the Sage's Will, the can unlock their inner rinnegans!!!!
