Uhm first issue, Boruto has a byakugan. Teinseigan gives a cloak. Add 1(Byakugan)+1(concept art of a chakra avatar)=possibility of Boruto gaining Tenseigan at some point in the story.

That's only seen through Momoshiki/Kinshiki + Their ancestors bar Hagoromo, Hamura, and Kaguya. Kaguya didn't have to kill herself to give her sons power too.
