Sai's a pretty good candidate for Sakura if you ask me. Who hasn't seen all those times he was looking out for her or making all kinds of insightful statements about her. "Here Naruto let me tell you what Sakura was doing since you weren't able to figure it out yourself."

The bottom line is that anything can happen, depending on what Kishi decides he could end up with Hinata or Sakura. However, I think Sakura is a lot more likely for a couple of reasons.

-First off, even though Naruto doesn't believe that Sakura loves him, we know that Naruto loves Sakura to the point of encouraging her to be with another guy just so she can be happy.

-At various times throughout Part 2 we see Sakura do some very strange things in relation to Naruto. For example, when they meet after training for two years she admires not only how much taller he has become but also how much more attractive he is. Later, Sakura is very protective when it comes to Naruto throughout part 2 of the series just like how she was protective of Sasuke in part 1. When Naruto is fighting Orochimaru after Sakura hears Kabuto talk about Naruto's suffering she blindly runs straight to him even though the fox is fully controlling him and after she wakes up Yamato hints at the fact that she cares for Naruto much more deeply than just friends. Sakura is also closer to being like Kushina then Hinata and Kushina told Naruto not to marry a girl who was not like her.

-Even though Hinata has confessed her love to Naruto Naruto has in no way shape or form acknowledged that he feels the same way.

Kishimoto is probably just messing with the readers' heads to keep things interesting but I think Sakura has a better chance than Hinata

But didnt she say dont fall for the first girl who comes your way....didnt mention that huh. I think the first girl that comes his way is sakura right? The first girl he ever liked. AND the only similarties between sakura and kushina are that they beat up naruto and are loud af XD
But we all have to remember naruto is like is mother so the closet one to minato is hinata. Ik minato and kushina arent exactly alike just like sakura and kushina arent exactly alike, so if kishi decided to a parallel, and kushina and minato's relationship is a yin-yang...(in my opinion) then wouldnt it need to be another yin-yang and not a yang-yang XD. Although narusaku has alot of proof of happening

Kishimoto tends to have a thing for making history repeat itself with characters like how Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke resemble Orochimaru, Tsunade, and Jiraiya. I think Sakura has serious feelings for Naruto but is also conflicted because she still has feelings for Sasuke. [Don't know why she has any feelings for him considering the only times he has ever acknowledged her is to tell her that she is worse than Naruto, yell at her when she was trying to take care of him, and try to kill her.] Hinata and Naruto would make a good couple because Hinata has always cared about him even though she has not always had the courage to support him. The only problem I have is that though Hinata has confessed her love to Naruto he has not really acknowledged her at all. However, we do know that he truly loves Sakura which is why I think that there is a higher chance that Sakura will be the one Naruto chooses. Evidentiate the fact that the moment Naruto transformed into Sasuke(ep3), and complimented Sakura, she developed deeper feelings for Sasuke(until then it was only fangirling). Who knows what will happen the moment she finds out?

Didn't the real Sasuke call her annoying like right after that? I'm pretty sure the girl developed her warped little crush on her own. At the end of the day, she needs to ask herself... Was that one small moment of kindness why she fell for him? If the answer is yes.... then Sakura is quite sad. If the answer is no... The poor girl is quite sad nonetheless.
