The latest chapters seem to suggest that, with Naruto's intellect, mere bijju mode even with the full power of the Kyuubi will not be enough to beat Edo Madara.
But the good guys must win, so i think the way this will happen is that Madara extracts the Hachibi, killing Bee first. Then, as Naruto will lie probably half dead after receiving a pounding from Madara, the kyuubi will be extracted from him as well. Something strange is going to happen, the 'that jutsu' will self activate. It will allow Naruto to meet the Rikudo Sennin(as some have predicted). The SO6P will explain that he built this fail safe should the Juubi ever be about to be re awakened. After their conversation, the Sage will give Naruto the keys to the 10 tails seal, which will free it from within the Gedo Mazo, and its chakra will all get sealed within Naruto. THEN, Naruto as the host of the ten tails will have a re match with Madara, one which he will win. Cuz even rinnegan, mokuuton, EMS , perfect susanoo etc are no match for the Juubi itself. That thing has the chakra to destroy the world.
Anyways Sasuke could help out in this process seeing as how he might feel for Itachi, because it was his brother's goal to seal away the real Madara. But Naruto i feel will eventually become the 10 tails host, as predicted by the SO6P himself:
