ya but naruto cant just keep doing rasengan over and over again in a fight, u also have to remember that sasuke has the sharingan and can anticipate movement, and naruto needs to catch someone by surprise to hit them with rasengan, he could use a weapon, i like the idea of a bowstaff, he could spin it to create hurricane force winds, infuse it with wind chakra to make it pointed like a spear and throw it,or swing it in a downward motion sending i very thin but sharp gust of wind at his opponent from a medium distance, he could also put the seal that the 4th put on his kunai so that when he throws it at an opponent he can teleport to it right before it gets to his opponent and then surprise them and do some close range damage
