- First clash at VoTE was equal
- Second clash resulted in Sasuke's win
- Third clash post Danzo fight was equal
- Fourth clash at VoTE 2 was equal

Enough of your holding back BS. Just go ahead and prove a base Rasengan can beat a Chidori, and then we'll talk. Kakashi's words mean jack when there's evidence in the manga portraying the opposite, not to mention that he has no actual idea of how strong Rasengan is and whether or not it can beat Chidori, unless he's witnessed a clash between he two, which he hasn't - he just made an educated guess. During that clash, Naruto would have still heavily damaged Sasuke via the clash sending him flying even if it didn't outright kill him. Any sustained injuries Naruto received would have been healed already. The clash being equal means shit given Sasuke being a dumbass and trying to clash with someone who has footing.

What's his counter to Gamabunta? Nothing.

Naruto's been stronger than Sasuke when he got rasengan and gamabunta. It took Naruto tnj'ing him to 3T and not summoning an asswhooping for Vote 1 to give him a win.

Vote 1 had Naruto in his feelings more so than anything and Kurama using NES to prey on his emotions rather than being rational or as resourceful as when he fought Gaara.

Sasuke's Chidori and Amaterasu were created from the byproduct of kurama's chakra as well.

He used Preta which is a legit techique and in any case it ddoesnt really matter as it wasnt a base Rasengan or Chidori

He did have that speed. That speed is necessary to use chidori in the first place. Read Gai's explanation in Sasuke vs Gaara if you dont believe me. Also, evwn if Sasuke did chidori Naruto. He goes 9 tails chakra mode and obliterates. That comes with a speed buff btw.

No he did not after gaara and the Chuunin exams sasuke stopped using rock lees taijutsu speed/movement

Kurama gave him chakra, so logically he would be but Kishimoto seems to not think so in P2. When Naruto used COR Barrage againts Madara's Jukai Koutan (with Kurama's chakra) the attack wasn't enhanced at all. Also Enton doesn't add any destructive capacity to Chidori since it doesn't pack any unless shape manipulated (i think it played a part in destroying their arms though), so the clash was simply ol' Chidori vs Rasengan.
