Sasuke's Chidori and Amaterasu were created from the byproduct of kurama's chakra as well.

Absorbing chakra spreads it around the body, Sasuke wasn't enhanced by the chakra just like Madara wasn't when he absorbed the Kyuubi cloaks of the alliance fodders. Only Senjutsu Chakra is an exception.

Since Sasuke absorbed it either A-the chakra wasn't fit for him meaning it was less potent than Naruto would have got since it wasn't fit for him. B-The chakra he took he made it his own which mean he made it into his base chakra. Or C- The chakra he took was still kurama's so he had all the power and potency.
