tsukuyomi is a very OP jutsu. Itachi has complete control of time within the illusion, if he wanted a year of torture could occur in an instant. Only rinnegan and rinne sharingan users are resistant to tsukuyomi.

Naruto stands little if any chance against such a genjutsu.

the second time when naruto inside itachi genjutsu because he willingly to find sasuke by any mean and in same time he listened to what itachi say so he stay calm after that.
