I guess Naruto would win, since he is friends with kurama and they help each other, I doubt that the bijuu's would want to help tobi

your chakra control gets ****ed up when you become a jin. thats why naruto cant use genjutsu. and tobi would get no benefits from being the jin because the animals wouldnt lend him any chakra. even worse he would have less chakra to use because he would have to use some to supress the beasts. and if the beasts ever get control theyll probably make him commit suicide so that theyre reborn elsewhere

Might be possible. And Naruto has never used Genjutsu that I remember. LOL
