Either could end it in a matter of seconds, or it could take days. I personally give it to Naruto because he has the fire power to get past PS, but I doubt Sasuke can get past the gudoudama's defense. Do I even need to mention Onmyoudon? Plus Naruto's healing abilities. I give it to Nardo 51% of the time.

I believe, in a realistic setting, Naruto would take this fight with some difficulty, but that's not how it'll go manga wise. There will be some philosophical speaking from both parties, some general anti-hero debauchery from Sasuke, and something grand at stake before the fight commences. I believe there will be outside factors at hand and the like. But in the end, Naruto will prevail.
