I know what you are thinking... But seriously, I feel this battle could end in both ways. Either way one of them has to win with some kind of suprise attack, other than that I feel Naruto and Sasuke would be battling for weeks. What do you think?

Naruto doesn't kill, so even if they fight and Sasuke intends to kill Naruto, as long as Naruto wins they both will live.

Sasuke once wanted to destroy the village his brother sacrificed everything to protect, it took Orochimaru and the four Hokage and his brother all coming back from the dead to talk him out of it.

Sasuke has never been the most reasonable person.

Also they haven't been getting along very well, Sasuke tried to kill the Tailed beasts and Obito earlier and even though Naruto said not too he ignored him, I doubt Naruto and Sasuke both have the same ending in mind for this war.
