they are going to fight but i think that there is going to be a twist since this new forbidden jutsu just came out. i think that sasuke will be able to change fate by being able to use the izanami during his fight with naruto!!

I've been wondering if this fight will actually happen too, I can't imagine Sasuke actually keeping with his current mindset after talking with Itachi.

I wouldn't be suprised if, Sasuke redeems himself by maybe saving Naruto from Tobi or saving the Kage's from Madara after beating Kabuto.

I think if Itachi survives, and beating Kabuto doesn't release the edo Madara, Itachi will go help the kage and talk to them about sasuke. While sasuke himself goes to help Naruto, in front of all the gathering ninja from his generation and regaining their trust.
