Who was stronger Naruto after his fight with Pain
Or Sasuke after his fight with Itachi?

We must remember that Naruto had just mastered Sage mode and Rasenshuriken where as
Sasuke now had Mangakyu Sharingan, Amaterasu and that Lightning technic which looked like a dragon.

To make it more intresting wud be to ask who defeated the greater foe Itachi or Pain?!!!

For me its a hard decision as both were quite powerful at the time!!!

I'd say ms sasuke is stronger than or equal to sm naruto. But sasuke hasn't mastered his ms at that time so sm naruto is stronger. And welcome to base xd.

Madara said naruto (after his fight with pein) was stronger then sasuke, who had already beaten itachi. I personally believe nagato is stronger then itachi, but I know many fan boys beg to differ, achievement wise? Nagato was for sure bigger, as he defeated whole village and was presumed leader of akatsuki. Itachi was also big, but itachi's two biggest crimes were uchiha massicure, *big but not as relevant as destruction of a full village* and joining akatsuki *still a step behind as nagato was the presumed leader. So, to answer your questioin, I think Naruto and Sasuke will come to a stalemate and no one will "win" but they will have to team up if they ever want to beat Madara and Kabuto.
