i will analyis both
sasuke he got susanoo(undeafeatable defense{sort of}),amaretsu,chidori,kirin,ems,ms,fire skills and lightning skills and trained by kakashi,madara,orochimaro,and his biggest weapon hatred
now nartuo
sage mode,kyubbi chakra,rasengan,rasenshuriken,air element and trained by j-man,kakashi,and his biggest weapon never giving up

so who is more powerful
sasuke is intellegeint,agility,and low strength if compare to naruto,and higly fighting skills which he got frm his clan,
naruto is low intelligent,gud agility,heavy strength coz of kyubbi,and fastest chracter in whole series
i think it gonna be draw coz i cant say
my heart says naruto,but when my brain analyis it then brains says sasuke
my brain also says that the anime maker will make win to naruto coz he is hero
but if u make a video which should be out of naruto series then in that fight sasuke will win

yeah but chakra can't be controlled , naruto is only using the nine tails chakra , and not his will , which could be controlled , and he could summon some frogs for susano , well until sasuke can't keep it up because of him losing chakra
