Naruto's body and chakra are his birthright just as Sasuke's Sharingan is his.

If you wish to completely strip them both to base you would have to strip them both of their birthrights and leave them with purely their battle ability and prowess as a shinobi in which Sasuke stomps

Lol Naruto is the body Sasuke is the eyes. Taking the body and the eyes means taking away rinnegan/sharingan and SM/BSM. Take away BSM and take away Sharingan, Sasuke still wins. Nothing in OP says Rinnegan is removed, therefor Sasuke stomps.

I will say Sasuke. No man / woman in their right mind would lie that Sasuke is an infinitely superior ninja. I did chuckle a lot on why Orochimar wanted Sasuke - the primary reason was him being an Uchiha and by extension the eyes and then the Sage Power. Naruto had immense chakra reserves because of Kyuubi. Without Kyuubi it is only speculation whether he could achieve SM. Without Kyuubi Naruto wouldn't have FRS. Oh, and Sasuke received his eye from Hagromo, it isn't an evolution from EMS as that would require Ashura's DNA, and would create two identical rinnegans instead of 1 (he only received Indra's part). Hence the sharingan isn't required in the first place (using your flawed logic).

Depends, in your scenario with Sasuke restricted of everything bar kenjutsu and ninjutsu, Naruto. In my scenario which accounts both side's losses, Sasuke.

The powerful chakra was stated to originate in brain and is the one that fuels sharingan.
Get your manga facts straight.

Without the fox's chakra mixing with Naruto's he would have never had the huge chakra pool that is neccessary for SM. That is why the fairest fight you can get is SM vs MS. Naruto making the most of his reserves and Sasuke with the full power of his own sharingan. If you bust it down any lower than you get into basics and Sasuke murders Naruto in the basics

Why do people not understand what is inherited and borrowed?

First of Sasuke:

Since Sasuke is an Uchiha, it is within there blood line to awaken the sharingan and develop all the way to MS(inherited).

Borrowed: EMS and Rinnegan require other physical forces to reach higher power.



Lastly: Naruto

Since naruto is uzamaki he has strong-life force and good stamina, which is all down naruto's blood-line as well(inherited)

He has two times the chakra of kakashi without the kyuubi's chakra, and with it ii would be roughly 100x.

Meaning that Naruto will be able to use Sagemode without the kyuubi's chakra.

Borrowed: Since the kyuubi was physically put into his body, kcm/bm/bsm doesn't count as a blood-line power.



In conclusion, no pwerups or support from outside forces...

The battle would be SM Naruto vs. MS Sasuke
