I would say Naruto would win, but not hands down. I mean they were both trained by sanin. As far as jutus rasen shuriken would beat chodori no prob, as far as speed I think they are even, strength naruto has always had that. i think the deciding factor would be who could out think the other in my opinion
naruto:naruto: will win because all of sasukes:sasuke: training has being around the sharingan or the cursed seal but narutos has traing outside the power of kyubi. H has his own power. for crying out loud how is sasuke supposed to predict narutos actions without the sharingan. A thousand

Taijutsu=naruto base was able 2 fight on par w/ deva pain who outspeed kakashi & qb 6 tail in & naruto has a taijutsu training w/ fukasaku so naruto win in taijutsu.
Ninjutsu= naruto can use almost all of his arsenal in base while sasuke can't use 1/3 of his arsenal w/o sharingan.naruto have d upper hand in stamina,strength,ninjutsu,taijutsu. & some fanboy r still debating when d poll is 160 to 49 dat is a landslide victory.

naruto will surely win cos he is way stronger than sasuke but sasuke will not just accept him and son't forget that sasuke went to orochimaru for power cos of narutos growth so u tell me who will win without tailed beast mode nor sharingan, sasuke has the chidori but naruto has the resengan and rasenshuriken so u tell me who will win???

Sasuke is not better then Naruto in Taijutsu, Naruto will smash Sasuke in Taijutsu without his precious Sharingan. And Sasuke isn't capable of using Kirin without the added chakra from the cursed seal mark, Sasuke is pretty much dead meat.
Why not? He just have to to some fire techniques to air, that thunder clouds will come and then he doesn't even use his own chakra. Sasuke is way faster than Naruto without SM and KM, because sharingan doesn't give you speed and we've seen how fast Sasuke is.

Actually, the Rasenshuriken might even cut right through the fireball. I know that typically, Katon > Futon, but Naruto isn't typical and neither is the Rasenshuriken. Just theorizing here, since it's never been shown in the manga or show. Naruto would never use regular Futon attacks against Sasuke's Katon jutsus. He's not a fool.
I'm pretty sure that Naruto's large chakra supply is because of both the Kyuubi and his own heritage. Kakashi mentioned that Naruto's chakra supply was 10X larger than his even without the Nine-Tails.
As for Sasuke as an Jinchuuriki...nope. Would never work. Sasuke never works well with anyone.
If Sasuke never knew Sharingan he would not have:
1. Speed (He copied it off of rock lee)
2. Chidori (He would not be fast enough to learn it)
3. Any techniques that stemmed from Chidori (He would have never had Chidori in the first place)
However Sasuke would have:
1. Fire Ninjutsu (Uchiha Clan)
2. Basic Ninjutsu (Stuff he learned)
3. Basic Taijutsu ( Stuff he learned)
There is a lot more to think about when talking about Naruto. If he never had the Kyuubi his mother and father would have still been alive and he would have learned techniques from them so here is the list.
If Naruto never had the Kyuubi he would not have:
