why would he need to ram it, thats basically trying to make a character make mistakes. we need to assume in the battle that hes serious, if he is, he'll just duck a chidori and smash sasuke with an odama.
an oodama rasengan the size of jiraiyas will easily crush a puny chidori. man sasukes atoms will fall apart.
also kirin isnt really usable, since he had to have a sharingan and a chidori to activate it. also naruto wont even allow thunder clouds to form, he can just use a wind element to stop sasuke using fire, or a water affinity, which he probably has.
remember naruto can even blow apart clouds with a rasenshuriken, like he did in the 3rd movie against hiruko. also how do we know he cant do a rasenshuriken without sage mode? hes improved since his fight with pain of course. and sasuke is not faster than naruto, naruto is on the same reaction level as minato, and sasuke wasnt faster than kakashi in their taijutsu battle.
rasenshuriken is as powerful as kirin, and naruto can use it twice when not in sage mode, like we saw against kakuzu.
oodama with jirayas size is a sage technique, meaning that he cant create something like that without sage mode and declaring that sasuke would chidori into an oodama is trying to make sasuke make mistakes as well. he's retarded since itachi died, but not that retarded.
sharingan isnt necessary for kirin, it's a lightning technique, not an eye-genjutsu. sasuke can use chidori, he will just get the tunnel view, but he doesnt really need to aim well with kirin anyway.
naruto first cant use a ranged wind attack that he could keep up against katon and second wind enhances fire. assuming that naruto has suiton is just creating abilities that he doesnt have. stay with the facts
being on the same reaction level as minato doesnt mean that he's at the same speed, but that if he was at the same speed he could evade as good. while sasuke had great reactions at the beginning of naruto, he was still beat to pulp by lee because his body was to slow. sasuke was as fast as kakashi when he was half dead and without modes i dont think that naruto is faster than kakashi. sasuke wins the speed battle.
naruto cant use frs at all, tsunade didnt say "you have only five uses left until your arm breaks down", she said "dont use it ever again" to state that he will take severe damage if he continues to use it.
naruto uses wind manipulation. and its easier 2 do without the fox inside him. naruto would spam shadowclones and have sasuke wasting chakra doing his chidori currents and whatnot. without fox naruto has ten times more chakra. he is uzumaki. that is why nagato can do so many jutsus with those bodies he controlled. naruto is a skilled fighter, he trained as ninja just like anyone else, he even trained with jiriya and tht tiny frog(yes i kno it was frog kumite but its still fighting skills) sage mode does not enhance perception and reaction time so those skills we saw with naruto fighting pain were normal even if sage mode increased his strength. rasenshuriken did not destroy his arm it just injured it. kirin would take a long time 2 prepare as i said b4. he needs 2 shoot 2 fire jutsus into the sky and create a thunderstorm plus he needs extreme heat 2 maintain it. the one against kakashi was only that big cuz of amaterasu which he doesnt have. narutowud not let him prepare. he is a SKILLED brawler. without sharingan sasuke is done.

uzumaki are popular for their seals, not for their chakra. while sasuke has less chakra than naruto, he has much and like naruto has many jutsus that if hit will end the fight immediately, they didnt run out of chakra in the vote, so i doubt that they will if they cant even use the really chakra wasting techniques.
