I personally think sasuke.. reason is bcuz hes far more skilled and only time naruto really does alot of damage is while the fox has taken control..

ppl forget naruto's family history, even without the fox or anything else...he still has the advantage....he has the body of his ancestors, amazing chakra & stamina, and sasuke with out his sharingan wouldnt be able to keep up with that...that behemoth of a boy can just overpower him with clone after clone after clone and not get tired....at least not as quick as sasuke would, so yea...u take away sasuke's sharingan...he's still deadly but....not compared to an uzimaki/senju....who rivals the uchiha with their effin bodies :l

Just because Naruto can't throw the Rasenshuriken doesn't mean that he can't form it as he did against Kakuzu. If this was a fight to the death then chances are he'd use this and suffer the damage to his arm rather than dying.

even so, the only wind jutsu he knows is wind style rasen shuriken, and sasuke would do well to avoid it, if he used kirin naruto would be pwned!

This is just my opinion and not flaming me would be highly appreciated:

Agreed that Sasuke did not copy Lee's speed using his sharingan, but he DOes need his sharingan to keep up with the speed he moves, otherwise all he'd see is a messy blur.

Naruto was never actually shown to be a fast character, so this is hardly a competition of speed.

Sasuke's chidori is out because he copied it and then practiced it. Even if he used the chidori, he wouldn't be able to react to any sudden attack on Naruto's part because he again needs his sharingan to keep up with the speed.

But I still think it would be a tie....

naruto. Because naruto can make many clones &all oif them couild use rasengan. may I need to remind you at first rasengan was a lot more destructive than chidori.And if fox is not whitin naruto that means fourth & uchiha clan would be alive. that means nartuto would be son of fourth hokage.and as sasukes father has taught him grand fireball jutsu, minato would taught naruto some jutsu like teleportation jutsu.Though its true that itachi could teach sasuke some jutsu ,it seems his rael power lies within mangekou saringan.

you forget that sasuke is alot MORE skilled tha naruto.. and this really isnt fair bcuz sharigan is sasukes gk naruto has none.. so really sasuke is at a disavangtage but i still think he wud win based off of pure skill naruto is jus RAW power.. imagine naruto wastin all his chakra.. (not fox's bcuz fox isnt in him) naruto makes 1000 clones and then sasuke jus does a simple chidori to the ground and burst them all.. now thats wastin chakra on narutos part!!

wasnt it stated that the only reason kakashi could teach sasuke the chidori was because he had the sharingan? without the sharingan sasuke would only have his fire element and taijutsu, and even that would be just decent because alot of his power comes from the sharingan. naruto has fought people without fox chakra before when he faced kiba. i think naruto would win simply because he doesnt quit.

naruto has the side....coz if he doesnot have kyubi then no chakra of his ll be wasted to contain kyubi.... kyubi always prevent him from using naruto naruto's chakra and leave him the option with using kyubi's chaka.....
