nope. first activated during massacre of uchiha clan against itachi. he then forgot about it thanks to itachi. he then re-activated it against haku. he then leveled it up to 3 tomoe against naruto at final valley

Naruto can win.
1. Naruto can use shadow clones, he can out number Sasuke 100vs.1
2. Rasengan is powerful than chidori and Sasuke will messed up if he used it w/o sharingan.
3. Naruto has a lot of stamina than Sasuke
4. He can also use harem no jutsu though it has no effect on Sasuke ^_^

he was fighting against someone not trying to kill him. it was also a head on clash so the tunnel effect doesnt matter. i'm beginning to think that you didnt read the link in my post. he can learn and use chidori, but to use it in a real battle is too dangerous because it leaves him open. thats why sasuke wouldnt use it in a battle that he doesnt have sharingan.

um naruto. a uchia is nothing without his eyes. i think sasuke would run out of chakra before naruto.
I've only read the first 4 pages but as a loophole in this thread, It says naruto without fox; At the moment in the manga, naruto is not using the fox or the foxes power he is only using its chakra which has been separated from the fox. I can't see any flaws in that approach to the discussion.
he can use it without sharingan. but he gets tunnel vision and cant see surrondungs or take in details with his eyes.it would be useless in this thread battle.plus u have to go fast straight ahead 4 it 2 have maximum affect. he did tht time because it was a straight line towards naruto and naruto wasnt gonna counter because he gay 4 ssasuke.

I can't see any sense here. Why take away Sasuke's Sharingan and the Kyuubi within Naruto? It's like a fight between two samurais without their swords.
Sasuke without his Sharingan, wouldn't have some of his jutsus, because as we all know, Sharingan enables him to easily learn jutsus (The reason why Orochimaru wanted to have the Sharingan, for him to easily accomplish his goal, to learn all jutsus in existence). I'm saying SOME, not ALL. Jutsus that Sasuke will not have without his Sharingan would probably be Susano'o, Amaterasu and some sort of Genjutsus. He would probably learn many many justus though, because he's a skilled ninja, including some Katon jutsus and Chidori, but I'm not sure how will he deal with it's drawbacks. As for Naruto, he learned Rasengan, Sage Mode and Rasenshuriken not because of the Kyuubi's large chakra reserve, but because of his determination. Shadow clone is also included, but I think he will not be able to produce that much without the Kyuubi.
I think Naruto will win this one, but he will have a hard time defeating Sasuke. If not. then its a TIE!

Without Kyuubi naruto would win
Naruto has grown far more skilled now than before, ppl say without SM and Kyuubi sasuke has more skill and would win thats not entirely true.
Naruto has alot of power yes but there is no way he could effectively use any of that without maturing his skill. Naruto has a better chance of winning. Plus sasuke needs some exercise he was doing alot of standing and screaming with is MS attacks.
I'm not putting all on naruto but I'd say he has reached a stage where he has the better physical upper hand
