My take on it

naruto said he can't beat sasuke just by being strong, viz confirmed it. one needs to beat sasuke's ideology as well in order to beat him completely

Madara's perfect susanoo>sasuke's in size
his current one is still smaller, but way stronger
Sasuke's ems doesn't have feats to be put above bm naruto. We also cannot give madara's feats to sasuke
Naruto was handling five bijuus pretty fine, i don't see him having difficulties with sasuke's perfect susanoo

If we decide this with feats, Naruto>Sasuke .period. Sasuke will surpass Naruto through a possible second rinnegan though.

Naruto can defeat an opponent like Kaguya with pure taijutsu sasuke will not stand a chance against Narutos whole arsenal even with two rinnegan what tech would help him Naruto defeated them all

So You're saying an attack that deflected multiple tbb can't harm ps, Sasuke couldn't harm Naruto, Sasuke is the one who was clenching his fist getting pissed cause Naruto was So strong and nothing in Saduke's arsenal was greater than the laser from the juubi that naruto tanked. Also Naruto realized Sasuke had Indra inside of him not that he couldn't beat him
