I'm going to break down Naruto and Sasuke's progression thus far and where they had stood and stand now.
MS Sasuke and SM Naruto- I'm not going to dwell on is
This very long R naruto openly admitted he couldn't best a weakened Sasuke.
EMS Sasuke vs BM Naruto- At this point I believe Sasuke held the upper hand because of his PS and naruto didn't have any attacks that would harm it. Also if he ever feel under genjutsu that was it. All he had going for him was speed.
EMS Sasuke vs BM2 Naruto- This is where I believe the gap closes slowly. Naruto gets an avatar despite it being being much smaller than a PS however a PS easily tanks a bijuu bomb and at this point Naruto doesn't seem as fast as before
EMS Sasuke vs BSM Naruto- This is where the gap closes and Naruto pulls ahead. His sage chakra makes up for the lack in avatar size and he senses danger much better thus equaling the sharingan's perception.
Yin Sasuke vs Yang Naruto- This is where the difference shows...
-Naruto gains the chakra of all the other 8 tailed beasts and the other half of the kyuubi chakra. The tailed beasts are all equal in power so from this, Naruto becomes 8½x stronger. He also gains the perfect senjutsu from the sage and guddoudama. From this I would say Naruto's strength had increased AT LEAST ten fold. He also appears to gain his original speed back.
-Sasuke gains a unique rinnegan with 1 jutsu that is limited in range and has a cool down as well as drains the user. I would set Sasuke is twice as strong as before
From this I would say naruto is at least around 7-8x stronger or at the very least has that much more chakra than Sasuke.
