going from the manga the raikage would win, I mean you did see naruto about to make a clone right? which was a bonehead move. it would have been over after that.

it would of not been all over it just drains 2 times as fast for every clone. so if he an stay in that mode for 10 min then with 2 clones he can stay in it for only 5

If Naruto can't beat raikage by now then hes inferiour to Sasuke by a mile... Since sasuke could beat raikage at 5 Kage summit...

Both are completely different fighters.

Sasuke is skill. Naruto and Raikage are raw power fighters.
