People bringing up Sasuke are butthurt.
Naruto had Prepared Clones, Intel + Toad Summons that weren't even his and Nagato who had used up chakra and couldn't use his main path still stomped Naruto into the ground with chakra poles from this point on he was saved multiple times and then supposedly killed a dead body this was most one sided fight in Naruto.

either way he still would've lost because if nagato did try give his power to deva path he would have died which mean deva wouldn't be able move.

Maybe you should consider that the revival part was more plot no jutsu than the fight itself. And the whole thing about arguing that stuff happend just because it was plot is insane anyways. Don't become one of those ignorant fanboys who run around shouting amaterasu and Susanoo everytime one mentions Sasuke. Or starts flaming anytime someone mentions anyone but an Uchiha.

pain was holding back
ain had to keep naruto alive.if he was serious about killing him he could have easily.
Human path was rendered useless because of that.
Deva path offline:the strongest of his paths was offline at the beginning of their fight.
Narutos prep:naruto started out in sm,with 2 sm clones,the
best summons in the show and full intell on pain
Naruto relyed on the kyuubi to save him even thou i clearly remember him saying after he injured sakura he would become strong without it.the main reason i added this is people think sage mode is enough to take down the paths in a scenario where naruto isnt the jinchuuriki.

Nagato was tired but was clearly not running out of chakra guys. Where did the enormous amounts of chakra to revive Konoha come from? This battle was PnJ and then afterwards, Nagato got TnJ
