I'd rather explain it shortly but since you added 'debate' into the title, I have no choice or else my opinion won't be taken seriously.
Bleach
like I've said numerous times, Titty is a great artist but he's a horrible writer. his stories aren't well written and the plot regarding Soul Society and Hueco Munda are somewhat similar. not to mention Ichigo's many abilities that doesn't even make any sense. I don't mind the Visored ability because to me, that kinda symbolize Ichigo in his own way but to have both Fullbringer and Quincy are just.. It'd be better if the Fullbringer arc was only for Chad to understand his ability whilst the Quincy ability being only Ishida's. Ichigo already has an extremely powerful Bankai ability that doesn't even make any sense when you compare them to the others. the fight with Byakuya; who trained for more than hundred years is beaten by an undeveloped kid who just received his ability months prior to the fight. the whole Zaraki vs Ichigo is already known to many as the most trolled fight so there's no need for me to touch that. but I will admit, I still read Bleach's manga because I want to see whether or not it will change for the better or for the worst. also, the fillers are just horrible, especially when they cut the current arc to air some 50-60 episode filler, twice. overall, I'd give Bleach 8/10
Naruto
I like Naruto and it's the first manga that attract me before I started getting into One Piece and Bleach. the first part plot was amazing except for the chunin exam but Rock Lee basically save that arc. the second part started quite well and Naruto was my favorite character but soon, the war started. Naruto become extremely OP. I wouldn't mind if it was his own strength but I just couldn't accept Naruto receiving Kurama's strength because it goes to show that Naruto is a weakling but got lucky because his father sealed the nine-tails inside him. the time-skip was horribly made. Naruto only learned to make more new useless version of rasengan and some other new techniques regarding his taijutsu and how to cancel genjutsu. he didn't even learn wind release until the later part of the story which is horrible. like I've said, without the plot, Naruto would've died long ago. it'd be better of Kishi develop NARUTO'S OWN STRENGTH and give the plot a fair fight. it's even more sad that Kishi didn't even develop other ninjas strength but only focus on Naruto and Sasuke. if Sasuke hadn't exist in the manga; which he almost didn't until Kishi's editor told Kishi to create a character that could rival Naruto hence Sasuke's creation as well as the sharingan's created [he is based on Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho], the manga would've sucked. I'm not a Sasuke fanboy, I just like the dynamic he created on the show except for the part where Naruto acted like his boyfriend when it's Sasuke's own decision whether to return or not. the anime is great and the fillers doesn't make sense but still interesting but ever since the war started, almost everything is turning bad and has copied Bleach regarding cutting current arc to air fillers. overall, I'd give Naruto 8/10
One Piece
without a doubt, one the best anime to have ever been created hence being the top selling manga in Japanese history. great plot, horrible art [but I don't mind] and great genre combination. Luffy was given rubber as his ability and he made it look like some badass ability. Luffy fights aren't always saved by the plot except for the fight against Crocodile and Gekko Moriah, I might've forgot about other. inb4 Enel's fight. Enel is lightning whilst Luffy is rubber and yes, Luffy suppose to at least have a burnt sign a little because even though rubber isn't affected by lightning, it should've at least burnt him based on the amount of lightning Enel struck him with. it has a lot of cheap shot gags but at least it actually made most people who watch One Piece laugh. the fight are great except for the part where there's always some gags before and during the fight, that kinda made the fight less interesting but the views usually changes once the fight started to get serious. it has amazing well created world, well balanced abilities, so many mysteries and suspense, the main character aren't TOO OP like most main character and the main character can use the ability and still maintain it while other character suddenly become weak for a cheap shot at suspense, amazing antagonist who's an actual antagonist rather than an antagonist who turned bad due to horrible past. the anime's filler is amazing and based on their adventure, the fillers fit the story and I'm glad they didn't cut a current arc to air fillers. I'd give One Piece 10/10. inb4 "One Piece fanboy"; not a fanboy but there's a reason why I like One Piece and I already explained the reason.
