Hard to compare those three.
I go with Naruto.I don't like really OP and long battles and One Piece have lots of them.I feel Naruto has more consistency in it's plot.
Bleach bored me and I gave it up.
But really Naruto and OP are epic for me I love them both for different reasons!

Onepiece for sure, there main character is not even near the top tier powerful and he already has feats stomp a whole island before timeskip.
Towards the end of the series, onepiece mixup some greek methology weapons of mass destruction. Lastly you can't easily distinguish people's
powerscale and OPedness.
